In a high ropes course, various series of artificial obstacles are set up via ropes, steel cables, trees, etc., which are meaningfully increased in a course.
The use of a high ropes course does not require any special fitness or physical condition, and there are no rules (except for the safety rules) on how to master the individual obstacles.
"Learning by doing" (trial and error) is the main focus.
